First we prepare the spaghetti, break them in two and put them in the multicooker bowl.
Add water over them and a teaspoon of salt, insert the vessel into the appliance and connect the appliance to the power supply.
Set the Easter program for 20 minutes, close the lid and press the START button.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese, ie mix the two types of cheese with the sugar and two sachets of vanilla sugar, lemon essence and peel and add the cranberries. Homogenize the composition well and let it cool until the pasta boils.
When the program for cooking the pasta is finished, we put them in a sieve and pass them through a stream of cold water.
Wipe the multicooker bowl with an absorbent towel and grease its inner walls with 20 gr butter.
We cut the rest of the butter into small pieces.
Sprinkle a little sugar and an envelope of vanilla sugar over the butter in the bowl, then place a row of pasta, pieces of butter, a row of cheese and so on until we run out of ingredients.
I put the last layer of pasta and pieces of butter on top.
We put the bowl in the multicooker, connect it to the power source and set the BAKE program for 45 minutes, and the temperature is 180 degrees.
Close the lid and press the START button.
At the end of the time, take the bowl out of the multicooker and let the pudding cool a little, then turn it over on a plate and powder it with sugar.
It is very good in combination with cranberries.

Cranberry pudding with almonds
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Melt 1/2 packet of butter in a large enough bowl, then add the cranberries and sugar.
Cook over high heat until the fruit starts to crackle.
If the cranberries are fresh, it will take very little time if they are frozen, it could take up to 10 minutes.
Take the pot off the heat.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl and then add beaten eggs, melted butter and orange essence.
Mix until the composition becomes homogeneous and fine.
Pour half of the dough into a round pie tray with a capacity of 1 liter.
Then put the cranberries and cover with the rest of the dough.
It doesn't matter if the cranberries are not completely covered.
Sprinkle almond flakes and powdered sugar on top and bake for 45-60 minutes, until it settles and the crust turns golden.

The most often prepared dessert in our house, thanks to the husband who is crazy about noodle pudding. The recipe is a little different from the usual ones, due to the apples added to the composition and due to the biscuit crust. But I promise it's a wonderful dessert.
700g cream cheese of cows (I used pilos)
2 small apples, cut into cubes
100g raisins or cranberries
100g digestive biscuits with cinnamon
Preparation: In the bowl of the robot add cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, 4 egg yolks, yogurt, 3 tablespoons melted butter and mix.
Add the cooked pasta, raisins or cranberries, apples and mix well.
At the end we incorporate the 4 beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.
To prepare the crust, you just have to add the biscuits and the melted butter in the robot with the blades attached and mix everything until the biscuits are crushed.
Wallpaper a medium tray with baking paper, pour the mixture of pasta and cheese, and sprinkle the crust on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then cut.
Cauliflower au gratin with cheese and spiced spaghetti

Drain the spaghetti and cauliflower leaves, keeping a little more cooking water. Put the spaghetti in the pan, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Add the thinner bouquets and cauliflower leaves. If necessary, you can add one or two tablespoons of the water in which they cooked the pasta. Let the pasta rest in the sauce for 1 minute before serving.
Spaghetti with melted cheese

3 small eggs

3 teaspoons butter

METHOD OF PREPARATION
I boiled the pasta for about 10 minutes and puffed it up (covered bowl).
Separately, beat the eggs well and mix them with 2 teaspoons of butter and cheese.
I also incorporated the raisins and then I mixed them with the pasta.
I greased a bowl with the rest of the butter and poured the composition.
I put everything at 180 gr until it browned slightly.
I portioned it slightly hot, but cold it cuts better.

Bruschettas with pomegranates, cranberries and cream cheese
In a blender add the cranberries, ginger, sugar, honey and Sriracha sauce. Mix a little until the ingredients combine. Add the coriander and mix everything for a few seconds. The composition should not be homogeneous but slightly crumbly.
Pour the composition into a bowl and add over the pomegranate seeds and orange peel. Mix well and cover the bowl. Leave everything in the fridge for at least two hours.
Preheat the oven to 180oC. Wallpaper two trays with baking paper and place the wand slices on them. Using a brush, grease the bread slices with oil and then season them with salt and pepper. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, add the cream cheese in a mixer bowl and mix until creamy. Place a tablespoon of cream cheese on each bruschetta, and on top add the cranberry sauce with tomatoes.
You can garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon or orange peel.
Cake with sweet cheese and fruit
For the dough, mix the butter at minimum speed. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add eggs gradually, stirring constantly. Mix the flour with the baking powder, incorporate it into the dough and place it in a 30x40 cm tray lined with baking paper.
For the cheese composition, mix the yolks well with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the vanilla, sweet cheese and sour cream pudding powder. Beat the egg whites well and incorporate them into the cream cheese. The obtained composition is spread on the counter and put in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool in the pan.
To garnish, drain the fruit from the compote in a sieve, collect the juice and heat 500 ml. After the cake has cooled, garnish with fruit. The jelly cake is prepared according to the instructions on the envelope using the juice from the compote and poured over the fruit.
Tip: for a darker color of the countertop you can add a tablespoon of cocoa. The cake can also be prepared with apricot, peach or pear compote.
